inDrive, the world’s fastest-growing online ride-sharing service, has partnered with Mobmio to strengthen its offerings in partner marketing and boost revenues for publishers working with the app in the B2C sector.
From a startup to the global player
On a cold Christmas Eve in 2019, 450 km south of the Arctic Circle, a group of students spoke out against excessive taxi fares, in the middle of a frosty winter. In social networks, students have created a group that matches people in need of transportation with drivers who are willing to help, and 50,000 people have joined the group within a year.
Despite the challenges the global economy and driving services faced along the way, pandemic included, inDrive achieved Unicorn status in February 2021. In January 2023, data.ai (formerly App Annie) announced inDrive as the fastest-growing app in our industry worldwide for 2022 and second in total downloads.
The business has been awarded multiple times including the best app on Google Play in the Everyday Necessities category in Brazil in 2019, and the SHIELD Trust Awards in 2022.
Today, inDrive operates both in the largest megacities as well as in small villages with a population of 7-8 thousand residents, often with weak Internet and without maps of the locality, successfully adapting to the needs of residents. inDrive ranks second in the world among ride-hailing services in terms of the number of monthly application installations. The popularity of the service is growing thanks to the P2P people-to-people model and the Human Tech approach.
How does Mobmio’s partnership with InDrive work?
Since launching its Indrive affiliate program, the app has quickly become attractive for many publishers worldwide, as it can command large budgets promising additional revenue streams.
Based on CPA/Revenue share models, Mobmio’s involvement with inDrive indicated remarkable growth in the first quarter of program launching, resulting in over 10K USD monthly revenue, and beyond.
Although India and Indonesia are key markets for the partnership, there is increasing interest in Latin America, where affordable and safe driving services are in high demand.

According to Statista, revenue in the ride-hailing market is projected to reach US$154.00bn in 2023, and is expected to show an annual growth rate (CAGR 2023-2027) of 7.04%, resulting in a projected market volume of US$202.20bn by 2027. In the ride-hailing market, the number of users is expected to amount to 1.92bn by 2027.
User penetration is projected to be 21.9% in 2023 and 24.2% by 2027.
